Welcome to Key West Shopping Centre Situated in the heart of Krugersdorp, Key West Shopping Centre gives you the opportunity to shop, dine and browse to your heart's content in more than 100 stores. The centre boasts anchor tenants like Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Edgars, Game and NuMetro Cinemas. All four major banks, Foshini, Clicks, Truworths, Ackermans, Pep, Mr Price Sport, Home and Weekend are also included amongst its nationals. The 54 940 m˛ centre, with its extensive tenant mix, is located on the corner of Paardekraal Road and Viljoen Street in Krugersdorp – with easy access to the N14 connecting the West Rand and Pretoria. Shoppers will notice a major upgrade to the centre. Entrances have been modernised to introduce wind lobbies and provide improved climate control. The centre's interior boasts new floor tiles, shop fronts, ceilings and lighting in addition to the introduction of five modern triple layer skylights. Parking has been vastly improved by the new two-level parkade adding a further 225 bays of free parking. This deck of parking now connects to two entrances and is serviced by new escalators. The extensive redevelopment of the waterfront revitalised the area with new family restaurants and covered outside dining areas, including tenants such as Spur, Dulcé Café,Ocean Basket, Panarottis and KEG. A new outdoor amphitheatre, with a covered stage and large outdoor TV screen, is the ideal platform for outdoor entertainment and live sports broadcasts. The area, now known as 'The Park', features rolling green lawns, touches of mosaic art and a terraced seating area. A modern children's play area, known as the KidZone, includes an imported state-of-the-art climbing frame, scooter track and synthetic grass, as well as an interactive water feature positioned in close proximity of the restaurants. |
